Ashurst Court
Ashurst Court is a high quality office park with twelve individually designed units set in two courtyards. Many of the units are converted from traditional farm buildings which retain a wealth of character, including exposed timber beams, whilst benefiting from high spec. internal fittings to create a unique working environment.
The site is conveniently located in a semi-rural position to the east of Wheatley with excellent access to the A40 to Oxford and Junction 8 of the M40 to London and Birmingham.
About Us
The Ashurst Court story began over 100 years ago with the purchase of Wheatley Bridge Farm in 1922. The buildings were used by generations of farmers for housing cattle and raising livestock. They became redundant at the turn of the millennium and so began the development of the Ashurst Court site that we see today. It started with the conversion of one building to a repair and retail outlet for grass machinery. Over several years, the Alden family lovingly restored and developed the buildings to the high-quality business space it has become. To this day, the Alden family remain central to the management and maintenance of the site providing the highest quality service and environment for our occupiers to thrive and enjoy.
